1. Program Overview
The 90 Day Dizzy Program is a 12-week, 1:1 health coaching program provided by Mind Wave Wellness, owned by Adam Lindo (“Coach”).
The Program includes:
- Twelve (12) weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (typically 30–45 minutes each)
- Messaging support via the Healthie platform
- Access to the Project WAVE educational program
- Personalized coaching focused on lifestyle, symptom management strategies, and wellness support for dizziness and migraine-related conditions
Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Payment Structure
The total program fee is $1,291.08, billed as twelve (12) weekly installments of $107.59. By enrolling, the Client authorizes recurring weekly charges until the full program fee has been paid. This payment plan represents installment payments toward the total program fee and is not a per-session pricing model.
3. Program Delivery & Access
Following the first successful payment:
- The Client will be manually added to the Healthie platform within approximately 24 hours
- The Client will receive access to onboarding intake forms that must be completed before scheduling coaching sessions
- The Client will be invited to schedule their first coaching session after onboarding is completed
The first coaching session typically occurs within 7 days of initial enrollment. Messaging support and coaching communication are provided through the Healthie platform once access has been granted.
4. Digital Program Access
Project WAVE and other digital coaching resources are included as part of the Program.
Access is provided after enrollment and manual onboarding and is not immediate upon payment.
All digital materials are licensed for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Mind Wave Wellness.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)
If the Client is located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal (including the European Union), the Client may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
To exercise this right, the Client must submit a clear written request to: info@mindwavewell.com or complete the withdrawal form at www.mindwavewell.com/withdraw
If withdrawal is requested before coaching services have begun (including onboarding completion and access to coaching platforms), a full refund will be issued where required by applicable law.
If coaching services have begun at the Client’s express request, any refund will be limited to the extent required by applicable law, and may be adjusted based on services already delivered or access already provided.
6. Communication & Support
The Client may contact the Coach via email at any time.
Messaging support is provided via the Healthie platform, with responses typically within 24 hours during business days.
Coaching support is primarily delivered during scheduled weekly sessions.
8. Subscription Cancellation & Access Termination
The Client may cancel future installment payments at any time.
Upon cancellation:
- No future payments will be charged
- Access to Healthie and Project WAVE will continue until the end of the most recently paid billing period
- After the paid period ends, access to coaching services, messaging support, and digital program materials will be removed
Any downloadable materials already provided may be retained for personal use. The Program cannot be paused, frozen, or resumed mid-cycle. Re-enrollment requires a new enrollment and restart of the Program from Week 1.
9. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, including Project WAVE, worksheets, PDFs, frameworks, and coaching content, are the intellectual property of Mind Wave Wellness.
