Withdrawal Rights
Customers residing in jurisdictions that provide a statutory right of withdrawal, including the European Union, may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of entering into the coaching agreement, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
This right applies only where required by law and is subject to any exceptions or limitations permitted under applicable legislation.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify Mind Wave Wellness at any time within the applicable withdrawal period by either:
Completing the online Withdrawal Request Form below; or
Sending a clear written statement by email to info@mindwavewell.com
You are not required to provide a reason for your decision to withdraw.
Upon receiving your request, we will promptly acknowledge receipt and review your request in accordance with applicable law.
Withdrawal Request
After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation that it has been received.
If Coaching Services Have Not Yet Begun:
If you submit a valid withdrawal request before coaching services have begun, and you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. For the purposes of this policy, coaching services are considered to begin when you have been granted access to the Healthie platform and coaching services have commenced following your onboarding.
If Coaching Services Have Already Begun:
If coaching services have begun at your request before the end of the applicable withdrawal period, your withdrawal request will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where permitted by law, any refund may be reduced to reflect the proportion of services already provided before your withdrawal request was received.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Subscription Cancellation
The 90 Day Dizzy Program is delivered as a consecutive 12 week coaching program.
You may cancel future recurring payments at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services already provided.
Upon cancellation:
Future recurring payments will stop.
Access to the Healthie platform and Project WAVE will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.
At the end of the paid billing period, access to coaching services, messaging, Healthie, and Project WAVE will end.
Downloadable materials that have already been provided may be retained for your personal use. The Program cannot be paused or resumed. If you wish to participate again in the future, a new enrollment will be required and the Program will begin from Week 1.
